摘要
中药管理不仅是现代医院管理中的重要内容,更是传承、发扬我国中医学的重要手段,在我国医疗事业的建设与发展中中,占据着举足轻重的重要地位。然而实际情况来看,我国医院中药管理的现状却不容乐观,在具体管理过程中,依然存在着诸多不容忽视的问题,有待于进一步的处理与完善。本文首先简要阐述了医院中医管理的基本含义,然后就医院中药管理的重要性以及医院中药管理的现状作了进一步的分析与探讨,并提出了构建医院中药管理实战型策略,希望能为实际工作起到一定的指导作用。
Medicine management is not only an important part of modern hospital management,more inheritance,carry forward the important means of traditional Chinese medicine in China,in the construction and development of China＇s medical cause of,occupy the important position play a decisive role.However,the actual situation,the status quo of China＇s hospital medicine management is not optimistic,in the specific management process,there are still many problems can not be ignored,need to be further processed and perfection.This paper briefly describes the basic meaning of Chinese medicine hospital management,and then the importance of hospital medicine management and the current status of hospital medicine management for.further analysis and discussion,and putforward the construction of hospital medicine management of actual combat strategy,hoping to provide the guidance for the actual work.
