摘要
急性胰腺炎是常见的临床急症,多个学科之间的紧密协作对于重症急性胰腺炎的救治尤其重要,不同类型的急性胰腺炎在治疗侧重上亦有所不同。该共识在消化内科、胰腺外科、重症医学科、中医科、营养科等专家讨论的基础上,制定一套体现多学科协作理念的诊治流程,为提高急性胰腺炎的救治成功率提供依据。
Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdominal disease. The close collaboration of multiple discipline team（MDT） is fundamental for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. There are obvious differences on therapy between different type of acute pancreatitis. The current consensus was made upon opinions of experts from gastroenterology, pancreatic surgery, severe medicine, traditional medicine and nutriology. A MDT-guided diagnosis and treatment protocol might be useful to improve the management of acute pancreatitis.
