摘要
目的对改良封闭式负压引流技术在骨外科创伤治疗中的应用进行探讨。方法整群选取2012年6月—2013年6月于该院进行治疗的104例骨外科创伤患者,将其随机分为对照组51例与观察组53例。对照组使用常规封闭式负压引流技术治疗方法,观察组给予经改良后的封闭式负压引流技术治疗,即在常规VSD敷料中加入1根冲洗管,进行持续灌注冲洗。观察并评价两组的疗效、敷料更换次数、平均每次敷料的有效时间和患者医疗的费用。结果观察组总有效率为96.2%,明显高于对照组总有效率的85.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在更换敷料次数、敷料平均维持时间以及治疗费用上均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良封闭式负压引流技术在骨外科创伤治疗中的临床效果明显好于用常规治疗方法,临床医生治疗骨外科创伤治疗可以优先考虑该方法 。
Objective To investigate the application of vacuum sealing drainage in treating orthopaedictrauma. Methods Selecting 104 in-patients with orthopaedictrauma treated in our hospital from June, 2012 to June, 2013. Randomly dividing into control group with 51 treated by traditional vacuum sealing drainage and observation group with 53 treated by andvancedvacuum sealing drainage.and the total efficiency, change times of dressing, average maintenance time of dressing and cost of treatment were ob-served and compared. Results The total efficiency of the observation group is 96.2%, which is higher than 85.3% of the control group （P〈0.05）;average maintenance time of dressing in treatment group was higher than that in control group;change times of dressing, and treatment costs in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Advancedvacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of orthopedics trauma has effective clinical curative, has no postoperative complications, treatment time is short and the cost is low, which should be widely applied in clinic.
