摘要
白塞氏病,刘永年教授认为湿热酿毒是本病发生的重要机制,络脉瘀阻是病机演变的关键环节,湿、热、毒、瘀相互胶着是本病缠绵难愈的重要原因,因此确立清热化湿、解毒活血通络的治疗大法。急性期以湿热蕴毒夹瘀阻络为主,治宜清热化湿,解毒通络。缓解期以湿热羁留、耗伤气阴为主,治宜益气养阴为主,解毒化瘀为辅。用药时,强调重用清热解毒药以祛除病邪,灵活使用活血药以流畅血脉,祛除瘀滞,适当使用免疫调节药以扶助正气,减少复发。

The acute phase, with the syndrome of damp heat and Blood Stasis Toxin,clip,treatment should be clearing heat and dampness, detoxification and dredging collaterals. Remission, with hot and humid detention, the consumption of qi and yin, treatment should be supplemented by supplementing qi and nourishing yin, detoxification and removing blood stasis. Medication, he stressed Qingrejiedu medicine can eliminate pathogenic factors;blood activating drugs can smooth blood, dispel stasis;immune adjustment medicine can support healthy and reduce the recurrence.
