摘要
国医大师任继学教授提出,高血压病系先天禀赋不足或后天内伤、外感致肝气郁滞、痰湿瘀阻滞经络脉道或命门匮乏而致,病位以肾、肝、心、脑为发病之本,气血逆乱、水精代谢失常为成病之源。临床治疗原则:平冲降逆,育阴潜阳,引火下行。足为足三阴经和足三阳经汇聚点,为经气产生的根本,并且在膝关节以下分布着大量的特定穴,易于激发经气。根据"上病下取"和"外治之理即内治之理"的原则,提出浴足方治疗原发性轻中度高血压病的外治之法。方药组成:炮附子、吴茱萸、透骨草、怀牛膝、青葙子、罗布麻,功效通行经络、引火下行、平肝降压。现代药理研究也证实,本方具有扩张血管,降血压的作用。
