在心血管内科的护理管理工作中存在着诸多风险因素,主要包括护理人员的因素、患者的因素以及医院因素等,严重影响着患者的护理效果。因此,在实际护理管理工作中,相关人员应该针对护理管理中的风险因素,采取有效措施实施安全管理。该文就心血管内科护理管理中的风险因素以及安全防范对策展开详细论述。
There are many risk factors in the nursing management in the Department of internal medicine, including the factors of nursing staff, the factors of patients and hospital factors. Therefore, in the actual nursing management work, the relevant personnel should be aimed at the risk factors in nursing management, take effective measures to implement the safety management.
