摘要
该文对门诊输液室由于病人多、流动性大等所带来的一系列问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出完善规章制度、加强护士责任心、加强安全管理、重视专业理论与技术培训、合理安排人力资源、加强法制教育与质量监控力度等相应管理对策,以提高护理工作质量,为病人提供优质的护理服务。
The in outpatient infusion room, due to the patients, such as mobility brought about a series of problems are analyzed, and put forward perfect rules and regulations, strengthen the sense of responsibility of nurses, strengthen safety management, pay attention to the training of professional theory and technical, arrange the human resources rationally,strengthen legal education and quality supervision of the corresponding management countermeasures to solve these problems, so as to improve the quality of nursing and patient to provide high quality of nursing service.
