摘要
目的调查分析孕妇弓形虫感染妊娠结局及危险因素。方法选择2013年2月—2015年2月该院行孕前弓形虫抗体检测结果显示阳性115例孕妇设为研究组,选择135例显示阴性孕妇设为对照组,对比两组妊娠结局,调查分析孕妇弓形虫感染的危险因素。结果研究组不良妊娠结局总发生率23.47%高于对照组2.22%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);喜吃生食、喜吃烧烤/火锅等是孕妇弓形虫感染的重要危险因素,与对照组差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孕妇弓形虫感染容易导致不良妊娠结局,养成良好生活习惯可有效避免。
Objective To explore and analyze the pregnancy outcomes of women infected with Toxoplasma gondii and the related risk factors. Methods The data of 115 pregnant women whose pre-pregnancy test results for Toxoplasma antibody were positive in our hospital between February 2013 and February 2015 were set as the study group, whereas another 135 pregnant women whose test results were shown to be negative were selected as the control group. The pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors of Toxoplasma infection in pregnant women were analyzed. Results The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was 23.47%, higher than the 2.22% in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P〈0.05). Preference for uncooked food, barbecue and hot pot were shown to be the important risk factors of Toxoplasma infection in pregnant women, and the difference between the study group and the control group in the above factors were registered to be statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The infection with Toxoplasma gondii can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women, and through cultivating good living habits, the pregnant women can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
