尿沉渣与尿常规在尿液检验中的相关性探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究分析尿液检验中的尿沉渣和尿常规相关性。方法根据2014年7月~2015年7月我院接收的80例尿液检验患者进行研究分析,探讨这些患者样本的尿常规和尿沉渣检验相关数据的差异性。结果尿沉渣检验中,患者的红细胞阳性率是21.25%,白细胞阳性率是26.25%,尿蛋白阳性率是17.5%,尿常规检验结果中,红细胞阳性率是22.50%,白细胞阳性率是25.00%,尿蛋白阳性率是18.75%,两组结果无统计学差异性,P>0.05;红细胞联合符合率是93.75%、白细胞联合符合率是96.25%、尿蛋白的联合符合是97.25%。结论尿常规和尿沉渣检验在临床中有着不同的优势,都无法相互取代,所以正确合理的选择才是提升检验精确度的重要方法。 Objective To study the urine test in urine and urine correlation. MethodsAccording to July 2014 to July 2015, 80 cases of urine test patients were received to conduct research and analysis, explore the patient samples of urine routine and urine sediment test data related to the differences.Results Urinary sediment examination, red blood cell in the patients with positive rate is 21.25%, the positive rate of white blood cells is 26.25%, the positive rate of urine protein is 17.5%, urine routine test results, the positive rate of red blood cell is 22.5%, the positive rate of white blood cells is 25.00%. The positive rate of urine protein is 18.75%, two groups of nodes fruit without signiifcant difference,P>0.05, red blood cell combined with rate is 93.75%, white blood cells combined with rate is 96.25%, urine protein combined with 97.25%.Conclusion Routine urine and urinary sediment examination in clinical have different advantages,cannot replace each other, so correct and reasonable choice is an important method to improve the accuracy of testing.
