摘要
加入 WTO后 ,随着卫生服务行业的开放 ,国内巨大的医疗服务市场必将吸引大量外国医疗机构涌入 ,这将改变我国的医疗服务格局 ,对医学人才的素质也提出了更高的要求。面对市场的重新分配 ,卫生资源分配、医疗服务机构设置及卫生服务方式将会有所改变。为适应这种变化 ,高等医学教育应加快改革步伐 ,注重学生创新能力和综合素质的培养 ,加强社区医疗服务研究 。
With the opening policy of sanitation service industry after entering WTO, Chinese large medical treatment market will attract a great deal of foreign health institutions. This will change our medical treatment situation and request the medical workers with high quality. Facing the redistribution of the medical treatment market, sanitation resource will be adjusted and medical treatment organization should change their service pattern in time. In order to fit the change, high level medical education should quicken its pace of reform, pay more attention to cultivation of medical students'creativity and synthesis diathesis, enhance the study of community health service, bring up high quality general physicians.
