摘要
基于优序融资、利益相关者等理论,秉承风险与收益相匹配、控制最低融资成本、把握最佳融资机会等原则,通过研究微企现状、分析其融资现状,剖析微企CSR意识缺失之因,提出企业CSR成为微企融资助推器的建议及技术路径.认为良好的社会责任表现能提高融资机会,降低融资约束力.笔者试图从微企社会责任感影响融资状况的角度研究微企融资问题.
Based on the pecking order theory and stakeholder theory, this paper analysis the lack of CSR awareness for micro-enterprises, then proposed the CSR to become a micro enterprise financing and technical path in accordance with the principle of matching risk income, controlling the lowest financing costs, seizing the best financing opportunities by research of micro-enterprises financing status. It is believed that good social responsibility performance can improve the financing opportunities, and reduce the financing constraint. The author tries to study the financing problem of micro enterprises through the perspective of micro enterprises social responsibility. Studies of this aspect still very few in academe, which will be a new perspective of micro enterprises research.
