摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2013年1月—2014年1月收治的120例冠心病患者作为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均实施常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组应用曲美他嗪,研究组联合应用曲美他嗪和阿托伐他汀,比较两组患者的心功能、血液流变学等指标的改善情况及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组的各项心功能指标均有显著改善,且研究组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的血液流变学指标、血脂指标改善程度均显著优于对照组,且显效率、总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪治疗冠心病,能有效改善患者的心功能及血液流变学指标,临床疗效确切,且不良反应小,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the atorvastatin combined with the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of coronary heart disease patients were divided into study group and the control group by a random number table, each 60 cases. All patients have implemented conventional treatment, on this basis, the control group trimetazidine, study groups combined trimetazidine and atorvastatin, improve heart function between the two groups of patients, blood rheology and other indicators cases and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The two indices of cardiac function after treatment were significantly improved, and the degree of improvement in the study group than the control group（P〈0.05）; hemorheology study group after treatment, serum lipids were significantly better than the degree of improvement the control group, and significant efficiency, the total effective rate was significantly higher（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of atorvastatin and trimetazidine treatment of coronary heart disease, can improve cardiac function and hemorheology, clinical efficacy, and side effects, and has important clinical value.
