摘要
对新中国成立以来城镇化的发展阶段进行分析是认识中国城镇化发展历程的基本要求,也是探讨中国城镇化发展趋势的重要依据。文章以城镇化阶段划分为基础,以城乡人口的异速生长过程分析作为依据,对中国城镇化的发展阶段进行了分析,进而得出中国城镇化的5个发展阶段—短暂发展阶段（1949~1957年）、波动发展阶段（1958~1963年）、停滞阶段（1964~1978年）、快速发展阶段（1979~1995年）和极速发展阶段（1996年至今）。在对发展阶段进行分析的基础上,文章以重要历史事件为切入点,对中国城镇化的政策脉络进行了梳理。
The analysis of different stages is essential to the understanding of Chinese urbanization. The paper studies the differentiated growth of Chinese urban-rural population, analyzes the development of Chinese urbanization, and concludes five stages： short development（1949-1957）, fl uctuated development（1958-1963）, stagnation（1964-1978）, fast development（1979-1995）, top speed development（since 1996）. The paper reorganizes the policies of urbanization at different stages in combination with major events.
