摘要
将RBRVS本土化,用于国内医院医务人员工作量绩效评价。分析RBRVS的项目分类、内涵等特点,研究建立国内诊疗项目与RBRVS代码的对应办法,提出如何规避RBRVS对照和使用过程中存在的问题。
RBRVS was localized and used to assess medical staff's work performance, by analyzing the classification, concept and characters of RBRVS items, the logic relationship between medical care item in China and RBRVS was discussed and suggestions focused on problems when applies RBRVS system are also presented.
