废弃轮胎橡胶粉改良膨胀土的室内试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高废弃轮胎的循环利用率和减少膨胀土所引起的工程问题,文章将20目和30目的废弃轮胎橡胶粉分别以0%、10%、15%、20%的配比掺入膨胀土制成改性土样,进行击实试验、直接剪切试验、膨胀性试验及收缩性试验,研究改良后膨胀土性质的变化特征。试验结果表明,随废旧轮胎橡胶粉掺量的增加,改性膨胀土的最大干密度逐渐降低;抗剪强度和内摩擦角φ较素膨胀土显著增大,粘聚力c值略有下降;膨胀性指标降低,线缩率及收缩系数略有减小。 In order to improve cyclic utilization rate of scrap tires and reduce project problems caused by swelling soil,in this paper,20-mesh and 30-mesh scrap tire rubber powders are mixed into expansive soil according to ratios of 0%,10%,15% and 20%to be made into modified soil sample,and compaction test,direct shear test,expansibility test and contractility test are carried out to research change features of modified expansive soil character.Test results show that with the increase of amount of admixture of scrap tire rubber powder,the maximum dry density of modified expansive soil gradually lowers,shear strength and internal friction angle obviously increases compared to prime expansive soil,cohesive force value slightly declines,expansibility index declines,linear shrinkage ratio and shrinkage coefficient slightly decreases.
