摘要
市政工程涉及的专业多、考虑的因素复杂,目前尚未归纳出科学的工程方案研究方法。以辩证的角度,结合多年的工程方案研究经验,提出"3W2H1E"分析法,并以"武汉市三环线北段改造工程"为案例,论述该分析法在具体工程中的应用,旨在为市政工程方案研究提供"思路"。
The municipal engineering involves many specialties and the considered factors are complicated.At present, the scientific study method of engineering scheme is not jet summarized. From the dialectical point of view and according to the study experience of engineering schemes for many years, the article puts forward the '3W2H1E'analysis method, and discusses the application of this analysis method in the practical projects by Wuhan City Ring III Line North Section Reconstruction Project. Its aim it to provide the concept for the study of municipal engineering schemes.
