结构陶瓷润滑技术研究进展

摘要 本文综述了近年来润滑技术在改善结构陶瓷摩擦磨损特性方面应用的研究进展,主要介绍了常用的结构陶瓷(氧化物陶瓷和非氧化物陶瓷)实现自润滑的两种方法,包括单质陶瓷材料在一定条件下实现自润滑和陶瓷材料添加固体润滑剂实现自润滑这两种情况。通过比较两种情况实现润滑的条件、润滑机理、润滑效果以及优缺点,得出结论 :单质陶瓷材料只有在特定条件下才能实现自润滑性能,且条件往往较苛刻,润滑效果不够理想;而添加固体润滑剂时,可以通过改变质量分数以及其他试验参数来确定何种工况下润滑效果最佳,从而实现陶瓷材料的自润滑性能,比前者较容易实现且效果更好。 The research progress of the application of lubricant technology in the aspects of improving the friction and wear properties of structural ceramics in recent year was reviewed. This article mainly introduced two methods(including elemental ceramic material which could realize self-lubrication under certain conditions and ceramic material which added solid lubricants could realize self-lubrication) to realize self-lubrication of the common structural ceramics(such as oxide ceramics and non-oxide ceramics). Combined with the comparison of the conditions to realize lubrication, the mechanism and effect of lubrication, and the advantages and disadvantages of this two methods, it could come to the conclusion: The first method could only used under harsh conditions and the effect was not ideal. The second method could easily obtain a better effect of self-lubrication than the former and determine the working condition under which the best lubricating effect would be obtained by changing the mass fraction of solid lubricants and other test parameters.
