摘要
目的分析老年股骨粗隆间骨折通过锁定钢板治疗的效果。方法研究来自我院在2014年3月~2015年3月接诊的40例股骨粗隆间骨折的老年患者案例,均采用锁定钢板做稳固治疗,分析其治疗手术指标和效果。结果手术时长在1~1.6 h,平均时长为（1.2±0.2）h;术中出血量为（116.3±27.5）ml;治疗优良率为87.5%。结论老年股骨粗隆间骨折通过锁定钢板治疗可以达到较高的治疗有效率,手术快速,恢复快,治疗满意度高。
Objective To analyze effect of the elderly intertrochanteric fractures by locking plate. Methods The study chose elderly patients 40 cases of intertrochanteric fracture from March 2014 to March 2015,locking plates were used to make solid treatment,then analyzed surgical treatment targets and its results. Results Surgery length ranging from 1 to 1.6 h, the average length of time（1.2±0.2） h. Blood loss was（116.3±27.5） ml. Efficiency rate was 87.5%. Conclusion The elderly intertrochanteric fractures by locking plates therapy can achieve high treatment efficiency, faster operation faster recovery,and higher treatment satisfaction.
