摘要
利用激光干涉仪对一台立式加工中心进行位置精度检测,通过改变试验参数获取一系列试验数据。分析结果表明:机床丝杆副的热稳定状态、检测元件的热膨胀系数、测量设备的传感器放置位置等对位置精度检测的准确性均有显著影响。
Using a laser interferometer, the accuracy test of a vertical machining center was carried out to obtain a series of exper-imental data by changing different parameters. The results show that the thermal stability of lead-screw pair, the thermal expansion coef-ficient of testing element and the location of sensor etc have significant effect on testing accuracy of position precision.
