摘要
当今世界各国铁路货车采用的检修制度,可以分为计划预防检修制度和按技术状态检修制度两大类型。神华铁路目前实施"日常检查、定期检修"的预防性计划修检修制度。然而,随着新型铁路货车不断投入使用及现有铁路货车改造完成,现行计划修检修模式中存在的问题日益凸显。因此,本文探讨运用大数据技术,通过集合神华铁路既有信息及监测系统数据,初步搭建神华铁路货车大数据平台,深度挖掘铁路货车检修相关数据,逐步实现神华铁路货车状态修。
At present, the maintenance system of wagon in the world can be divided into two major types:planed preventive maintenance system and technical condition-based maintenance system. Shenhua adopt dai- ly inspection and regular repairment.With continuous purchasing of new type of wagons and the transforma- tion of existing railway trucks, the problems in the maintenance mode are increasingly prominent.Therefore, this paper discusses the use of big data technology, the acquisition of Shenhua railway information and moni- toring system,the construction of the Shenhua wagon big data platform,the excavation wagon repairing related data, to realize condition-based maintenance system gradually.
