摘要
在由一个制造商和一个零售商组成的两级供应链框架下,考虑到需求受退货价格的影响,建立了易逝品供应链联合契约模型;指出了作为单纯的批发价格契约只是该联合契约的特殊形式,无法实现供应链的协调;而基于批发价格契约与利润共享契约的联合契约能够实现供应链协调,并给出了供应链协调的条件式,进而分析了契约参数之间的关系;最后,通过数值计算验证了所得结论的正确性.
Considering the influence of return price to demand, this paper firstly establishes a joint contract of perishable goods supply chain model in the framework of two level supply chain which composes of a manufacturer and a retailer. Then it points out that the pure wholesale price contract is a special form of the contract, and can＇t coordinate the supply chain, but the combined contract can achieve supply chain coordination. We also analyze the relationship between the contract parameters. Finally, the conclusion is verified by numerical calculation.
