摘要
提高项目社会效益、降低工程建设社会风险,是中国电网建设项目面临的重大问题。以电网建设项目特点为出发点,采用风险对照表法,排查识别风险因素,分析电网建设项目建设存在的社会稳定风险因素,并提出相关风险控制措施,对建设单位风险管理提供参考,为行政主管部门提供决策依据。
Major issues Chinese power grid construction projects are to improve project social benefits and reduce the risk of sgcial engineering construction. Based on the characteristics of power grid construction project, this paper tried to identify risk factors by using risk comparison table, and analyzed social stability risk factor of power network construction project, which provided the reference for risk management of construction units and decision basis for administrative departments.
