摘要
食品流通环节是食品安全保障的重要环节,因此,在食品流通环节实行法律监管是非常有必要的,本文对食品流通环节实行法律监管中出现的问题进行了分析,并提出流通环节食品安全法律监管的对策。
The food circulation is an important link of the food security.Therefore,it is necessary to exercise legal supervision in the food circulation.In this paper,the food circulation problems arising from the exercise legal supervision are analyzed,and circulation the legal regulation of food safety countermeasures are put forward.
