摘要
目的 :研究小切口手法治疗外翻的中西医结合新疗法。方法 :报告 5 35例 ( 986足 )外翻合并囊炎 ,采用小切口手法治疗 ,行骨赘削磨、跖骨头颈截骨、手法矫正畸形、“8”字绷带、粘膏外固定方法 ,术后病人用硬底、前开口的矫形鞋 ,可下床适当活动 ,6周后去固定。随访时间为 7～ 81个月 ,平均 41个月。结果 :优 46 6例 ,86 0足 ,占 87.1% ;良 6 1例 ,114足 ,占 11.4% ;差 8例 ,12足 ,占 1.5 %。优良率达 98.5达 %。结论 :小切口手法治疗外翻是一种矫形满意 ,畸形不易复发 ,痛苦少 ,术后生活能自理 ,恢复快 ,无明显合并症 。
Objective: To describe the method of minimal incision with manipulations procedure for the treatment of hallux valgus (HV).Method:535 cases (986 feet) of HV were treated with minimal incision and manipulations procedure.The medial osteophyte was ground,and subcapital osteotomy was done over on the first metatarsal.The deformity was then corrected manually and immobilization was done with figure of 8 bandaging which was then reinforced with adhesive plaster.The patient was allowed ambulatory right after surgery with the open toe and hard sole orthopedic shoe.The fixation was released 6 weeks after surgery.The follow up survey period varied from 7 to 81months with an average of 41 months.Results:Excellent result were seen in 87.1% of the cases;fair in 11.4%;poor in 1.5%.The effective rate was 98.5 %.Conclusion:The procedure is simple and of less pain.Early ambulation can be allowed giving rapid recovery.No recurrence of the deformity was seen.There was no postoperative complication and is welcome to the patients.
