摘要
针对某铁尾矿进行了回收钛的研究。结果表明,采用磨矿—强磁—浮选流程可以从该尾矿中回收钛;在磁选一段磁场强度为800 k A/m、二段磁场强度为640 k A/m、浮选H2SO4用量为1 200 g/t、氟硅酸钠用量为500 g/t、MOH-2用量为2 000 g/t的条件下,经过一粗一精的磁选流程和一粗三精的浮选流程,最终得到钛精矿的品位为48.36%、回收率为44.78%的较好的选别指标。
The paper studied the titanium recovery from an iron tailings. The results showed the process involving grinding, high-intensity magnetic separation and then flotation was applied to recover titanium from the tailings. While the magnetic f ield strength of f irst-stage magnetic separation was 800 kA / m and that of second-stage magnetic separation was 640 kA / m, H2SO4 dosage for f lotation was 1 200 g/ t, the sodium fluoride dosage was 500 g/ t and MOH-2 dosage was 2 000 g/ t, after magnetic separation containing one roughing and one cleaning as well as f lotation containing one roughing and three cleanings, the titanium ore concentrate with grade of 48.36% and recovery of 44.78% was obtained.
