摘要 介绍了一种工作于K波段的测速雷达前端。该前端发射一个点频连续波信号,将接收信号和发射信号进行混频后输出两路相互正交的中频信号。通过对中频信号进行数据采集和处理就可以计算出物体的速度和运动方向。该前端采用了微波单片集成压控振荡器(VCO)产生发射信号,并对VCO的调谐电压产生电路及中频信号的放大电路进行了精心设计。该前端还采用了微带阵列天线作为收发天线,使结构紧凑,适用于便携式测速雷达。 A speed-measuring radar front end working in K-band is introduced. This front end transmits a single frequency continual wave signal, then mixes the received signal and the transmitted signal to output two ways of intermediate frequency signals. The speed and moving direction of the object can be calculated by sampling and processing the intermediate frequency signals. This front end al- so uses microwave monolithic integrated voltage controlled oscillator to generate the transmitting signal, and its tuning voltage genera- ting circuit and the intermediate frequency signal amplifier circuit are carefully designed. This front end uses microstrip array antenna as transmitting and receiving antenna ,which makes it compact and can be applied to portable speed-measuring radars.
