摘要
目的 :制备复方氟康唑滴眼液及建立其含量测定方法。方法 :采用二阶导数光谱法测定氟康唑的含量。结果 :氟康唑在80~400μg/ml浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,回归方程 :D=0 0094 +0 002C ,r=0 9998 ;回收率为99 83 % (RSD=0 69 % ,n=5)。结论 :该滴眼液质量稳定 ;含量测定方法简便、快速 ,结果可靠。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for preparation of compound fluconazole eye drops and to determine the content of fluconazole in the preparation METHODS:Detection was performed by second order derivative spectrophotometry RESULTS:Linear relationship was found in the fluconazole concentrations ranging from 80μg/ml to 400μg/ml The regression equation was D=0 0 094+0 002C,r=0 9 998 The recovery of fluconazole was 99 83%(RSD=0 69%,n=5) CO_NCLUSION:The eye drops was stable The method of determination of the content is simple,rapid and reliable
