摘要
针对结焦时间延长后炉头温度偏低的问题,采用炉头补充加热技术,焦炉炉头温度能够稳定在1 100℃以上,改善了焦炉生产操作条件,减少了加热煤气用量。
Regarding to the problem of low temperature at oven end in case of prolonged coking time, the technology of supplementary heating of end flues is adopted to maintain the temperature of oven end≥1 100℃. As a result, the production environment of coke oven battery is improved, and consumption of heating gas is reduced.
