摘要
本着"全时常备、全域机动、全能高效"的军队卫勤应急理念,努力在科学决策、按纲施训、真抓实备、提高效能上下功夫。某部地处城市中心地区,近些年成功处置了多起突发事件,笔者从培训演练、物资准备、联合救助等方面就加强城市中心地区卫勤保障效能的做法做一简要探讨。
In the light of military emergency medical support philosophy, that is full-time prepared, full-area maneuvering, allround efficient, it is important to put forth in scientific decision-making, training according to rules, preparing as real, enhancing effiency. This paper briefly discusses on the practice of reinforcing the efficiency of medical service in central city area from training and drills, goods and materials, allied relief, etc.
