摘要
目的评估IL-11受体α亚基（IL—11Rα）在不同前列腺癌中的表达情况及靶向潜力。方法分析不同前列腺癌细胞IL-11Rα蛋白表达水平、免疫组化法检测IL-11Rα表达。结果相对于正常前列腺细胞，前列腺癌细胞及组织的IL—11Rα均有较高表达。结论IL—11Rα可以前列腺癌的特异性靶向显像或治疗研究的新方向。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the IL-11 receptor α subunit （IL-11Rα） expression and targeting potential in different prostate cancer. METHODS Different prostate cancer IL-11Rα protein level by immunohistochemistry assay IL-11Rα expression and so on. RESULTS Compared with normal prostate cells, prostate cancer cells and tissue have a higher expression of IL-11Rα. CONCLUSION IL-11Rα can specifically target prostate cancer developing new direction or therapeutic research.
