长螺旋钻机恒泵压提钻控制仿真研究

摘要 为改善长螺旋钻机提钻与混凝土泵送的优化控制问题,提出了一种关于混凝土压力反馈的恒泵压提钻控制方法,可以取动力头混凝土入口弯管处的混凝土泵送压力为反馈,采用模糊控制理论,在卷扬机驱动电机的速度环外设计了一个压力闭环,以达到提钻速度与混凝土泵送速度自动协调的控制目的。最后,应用MATLAB平台建立了恒泵压提钻控制模型,并进行了仿真分析,结果表明,方法能使提钻速度自动跟随混凝土的灌注速度,并保障成桩质量。 In order to improve the coordination of auger extraction and concreting, we presented an extraction control method with constant pump pressure based on the concrete pressure. With the method, the concrete pressure at the top of the auger stem was used as the feedback, a pressure closed-loop was designed outside the speed loop of the drive motor of the hoist with the fuzzy control theory. Finally, a simulation based on this control method was carried out with MATLAB. The results of the simulation show that this control method can make extraction speed go with concrete pumping speed automatically, which can guarantee the quality of the pile.
