一种叠加辅助药型罩形成射流的仿真研究 被引量:4

摘要 为讨论一种叠加辅助药型罩的结构参数对其形成射流的影响情况,利用非线性动力学软件AUTODYN-2D对其进行数值仿真,分析在不同结构参数下该结构形成射流的性能和状态。研究表明:在研究的取值范围内对于叠加辅助药型罩来说,药型罩夹角2α、药型罩顶端厚度b及辅助药型罩1的壁厚c均与形成射流的速度、长度及成型效果呈负相关;该叠加辅助药型罩装药结构对于主药型罩材料的利用率高,并可有效增大杵体的速度;在药型罩顶部厚度为0.25 mm、辅助药型罩1壁厚为0.25 mm、药型罩夹角2α为60°时射流质量提高,但当2α增大时,射流质量下降。研究结果可为聚能射流的研究提供一定的参考价值。 In order to analyze the jet formed by a kind of additional body of overlay liner under different structure parameters,numerical simulations were carried out by AUTODYN-2D software. The characteristic and status of jet formed by this structure under different structure parameters were analyzed. The results show that the structure parameters(separative angle of liner(2α),thinkness of the top of liner(b)and thinkness of first additional liner(c))are negatively correlated with state of jet(velocity of jet,length of jet and the shaped of jet);The material availability of main liner is higher for additional body of overlay liner,the velocity of slug is also increased;The mass of jet is enhanced when b=0.25 mm,c=0.25 mm and 2α=60°,but the mass of jet is decreased with 2α increasing. The results of this paper can provide a certain reference for the study of shaped charge jet.
