言语诱发听性脑干反应研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 听性脑干反应(ABR)检测的是声刺激诱发的脑干生物电反应,其中短声诱发听性脑干反应(click.ABR)可用于判断高频听阈、婴幼儿和新生儿听力筛查、鉴别器质性聋与功能性聋、诊断桥小脑角占位性病变等,具有客观、无创、可信度高等优点。言语诱发听性脑干反应(speech elicited auditorybrainstem responses, sABR)是在ABR的基础上,以言语声刺激诱发的听性脑干电位,与人类的语言、认知功能以及言语识别等高级活动息息相关,其相关领域的临床应用日益增多。
