摘要
目的总结胆囊切除术结合中医疗法应用于急性胆囊炎治疗的有效性,同时寻找改善急性胆囊炎病患临床指征的治疗方案。方法随机选择肝胆科2014年6月—2015年6月收取并予以手术治疗的86例急性胆囊炎病患,参照随机方案分成两个小组,实验组以胆囊切除术结合中医疗法展开治疗,对照组病患选择常用手术方法展开治疗,观察2组病患治疗的有效性。结果较之对照组,实验组病患在并发症、手术时长、排气时间、出血量以及住院时长等方面都更具优势,存在着差异(P<0.05)。结论基于急性胆囊炎病患,采用胆囊切除术有助于改善病患临床指征,加快其恢复速率,可推广。
Objective To summarize the effectiveness of application of cholecystectomy combined with TCM therapy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis, and to find a treatment plan for improving the clinical indications of acute cholecystitis. Methods Selecting 86 cases of patients with acute cholecystitis in Department of Hepatology from June 06 2014 to June 2015, they were randomly divided into teo groups. The experimental group was given cholecystectomy combined with TCM therapy. The control group was given commonly surgical method. The effectiveness was observed. Results Comparing with the control group, the experimental group had more advantages, such as complications, operation time, exhaust time, blood loss and hospitalization, and there was a difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on the patients with acute cholecystitis, the application of the cholecystectomy helps to improve patient ＇s clinical indications, speeds up its recovery rate, and can be promoted.
