柴平汤对慢性胃炎大鼠胃粘膜病理形态学的影响 被引量:2

The Pathomorphological Effect of Chaiping Tang on Mucosa in Aged Rats with Chronic Gastritis

摘要 取雄性Vistar大鼠 4 5只 ,随机分组 ,予饮二甲基亚硝基胍造慢性胃炎模型 ,分别给予柴平汤、小柴胡汤、平胃散 ,从胃粘膜的病理形态改变情况观察三个方剂对慢性胃炎动物模型的影响。结果显示柴平汤对病变胃粘膜具有明显的保护作用 ,防治作用明显优于平胃散和小柴胡汤。说明了“古今接轨方”的优势及刘渡舟“古今接轨论” Dimethy-nitroso-guanidine was given to 45 male Vister rats to make models after they were divided randomly. Then they were respectively given Chaiping Tang, Xiao Chaihu Tang and Pingwei San in order to observe the effect of the above three recipes on the models with chronic gastritis. The observation of the pathomorphological changes of gastric mucosa reveals that Chaiping Tang has a marked protective effect on gastric mucosa, and that it has better preventive and curative actions than the rest two recipes. This has affirmed the advantage of 'Gujin Jiegui Fang (combining ancient and modern methods)' and proved the theory of 'combining the ancient and the modern', which was advanced by Liu Duzhou, creative and scientific.
