摘要
由“史补”(Cassiope Selagnoides H.f.et Thoms,杜鹃花科)中分得4种结晶,经元素和光谱分析鉴定为:正二十六烷(Hexacosane,Ⅰ),蒲公英赛醇乙酸酯(Taraxerol acetate,Ⅱ),蒲公英赛醇(Taraxerol,Ⅲ)和齐墩果酸(Oleanolic acid,Ⅳ)。这四种化合物均为首次从岩须属植物中分得。Ⅳ为已知治疗肝炎活性成分。
Four compounds hasbeen isolated from the herbs called 'Shi-Bu' (Cassiope selagnoides H.f. et Thoms,Ericaceae). On the Bases of physico-che-mical properties and spectroscopic analysis,they were identified as Hexacosane (Ⅰ),Taraxerol acetate (Ⅱ), Taraxerol (Ⅲ), andOleanolic acid(Ⅳ).
