摘要
针对小区负载分布越来越不均衡,提出一种适用于LTE系统的负载均衡算法,通过调整小区独立偏置CIO,强制过载小区用户切换到周围轻载小区,实现用户转移。但是,轻载小区盲目接纳用户容易造成过载。针对这一问题,运用迭代法,逐步调整CIO,当过载小区负载低于过载门限或轻载小区可用资源耗尽,得到最优CIO值。仿真结果表明,提出的算法能有效提高系统均衡程度,降低用户呼叫阻塞率,提升系统性能,增强用户体验。
In view of more and more unbalanced cell load distribution, this paper presents a suitable load balancing algorithm in LTE system.By adjusting the cell individual offset (CIO) , the overload users are forced to switch to the surrounding light load cell for load balancing.However,if the light load cell accepts users blindly,it is easy to result in overload.To solve this problem, the iterative method is used to gradually adjust the CIO, when the load of overload cell is below the overload threshold or the available resource of light load cell is exhausted,the optimal CIO value is obtained.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the network balancing,reduce the user call blocking rate,improve system performance and the user experience.
