摘要
目的了解绍兴地区市售食品中稀土元素的污染水平,为人群膳食中稀土元素摄入量评估及国家标准的修订提供依据。方法 2014年在绍兴市超市、农贸市场、副食品店等采集蔬菜、水果、粮食、茶叶、水产品、肉类6类食品样品共241份,采用GB 5009.94—2012《植物性食品中稀土元素的测定》检测食品中16种稀土元素的含量,按GB 2762—2012《食品中污染物限量》评价检测结果。结果 241份样品中16种稀土元素的平均检出率为24.5%~78.8%;各类食品中的稀土元素的检出率为72.7%~100.0%,稀土氧化物总量的平均值为6.31μg/kg^1 834.30μg/kg。茶叶中稀土元素的检出率为100.0%,超标率为30.0%,最大值为9 273.80μg/kg,为国家标准限值的4.64倍。结论绍兴地区市售食品中稀土元素总体污染水平较低,但茶叶中稀土元素含量较高,建议加强对茶叶中稀土元素含量的监测力度。
Objective To investigate rare earth elements contamination level in foods from Shaoxing market in 2014,and provide references for assessment of intake of rare earth elements and revision of the national standard. Methods In 241 samples of 6 kinds of food,including vegetables,fruits,rice,tea,aquatic products,and meat were collected in pedlar markets,supermarket and grocery stores in Shaoxing city in 2014,the content of 16 rare earth elements were detected based on GB 5009. 94—2012 Determination of Rare Earth Elements in Plant Foods,and the detection results were evaluated according to GB 2762—2012 Limited Quantity of Pollutant in Food. Results In 241 samples,the average detected rates of sixteen rare earth elements ranged from 24. 5% to 78. 8%; the detected rates in six kinds food ranged from 72. 7% to 100. 0%,and the average total amount of rare earth oxide were among 6. 31 μg / kg-1 834. 30 μg / kg. The detected rate of tea was 100. 0%,the exceeding stardand rate was 30. 0%,with the highest content of 9 273. 80 μg / kg,which was 4. 64 times of the national standard limit.Conclusion The overall contaminated level of rare earth elements in foods from Shaoxing was low,however,the rare earth elements level in tea was high,and it is suggested that the monitoring of rare earth elements in tea should be strengthened.
