摘要
在了解新亚欧大陆桥的运作流程、研究相关文献和征询相关专家意见的基础上,提出了24项影响新亚欧大陆桥运输能力的要素,运用解释结构模型分析制约新亚欧大陆桥运输能力的根本要素。结合新亚欧大陆桥的实际情况,分析得出,沿线国家经济发展不平衡、沿线国家外贸政策不稳定与线路基础设施问题从根本上制约着新亚欧大陆桥的运输能力。
In this paper, on the basis of introducing the working process, relevant research literatures and expert opinion on the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, we abstracted 24 factors that affected the transport capacity of the continental bridge, used the ISM to analyze the more fundamental ones among these factors and at the end, in view of the practical situation of the new Eurasian Continental Bridge, pointed out that the unbalanced development of the countries along the bridge, the instability of the foreign policies of these countries and inadequate infrastructure were the most fundamental factors restricting the transport capacity of the continental bridge.
