对称电流激励长初级直线感应电机推力波动研究 被引量:16

摘要 直线感应电机受纵向边端效应影响,推力将产生波动。该文首先对推力波动产生的原因进行了定性分析,推导出推力存在明显的两倍供电频率和两倍转差频率波动,并指出通过控制初级电流对称,将消除由初级电流负序分量引起两倍供电频率推力波动。从一维电磁场分析出发,对比了初级坐标系和次级坐标系两种推导途径,指出初级坐标系下选取边界条件应注意的问题。基于次级坐标系,推导出对称电流激励下推力的时谐解析表达式,得到了推力各分量的转差特性,指出该文研究的直线电机适宜运行在低转差率状态。最后利用直线加速平台进行试验验证,实验结果和理论计算吻合较好。 Due to the longitudinal end effect, there are ripples in the thrust of the long primary linear induction motor(LIM). The origin of thrust ripple was qualitatively analyzed at first; double power supply frequency ripple and double slip frequency ripple are significant in thrust. By controlling primary currents to be symmetrical, double power supply frequency thrust ripple which is caused by the negative sequence component of primary currents can be eliminated. Based on one-dimension electromagnetic field analysis, derivation methods in the primary and secondary coordinate systems were compared, attentions while performing boundary conditions in the primary coordinate system were highlighted. Then time-harmonic analytical solution of thrust based on the secondary coordinate system was derived, as well as the characteristics of all thrust components vs. slip. Analysis results show that the long primary LIM performs well in the low slip ratio state. The analytical results were validated by experiments carried out with a linear accelerator platform, and the experimental and analytical results match well.
