摘要
研究了涂料基体 溶剂 超 (亚 )临界CO2 的高压相行为。使用的涂料基体是 90 6 丙烯酸树脂和 10 8 丙烯酸树脂 ,浓度范围为 10 %~ 5 0 % (质量分数 ) ,溶剂为醋酸正丁酯。实验在高压反应釜中进行 ,温度范围 35~ 6 5℃ ,压力范围 3 0~ 8 0MPa。观测了各组分含量及温度、压力对相行为的影响 ,并绘制了树脂 溶剂 CO2
A systematic investigation of resin solvent supercritical or sub critical CO 2 mixture phase behavior was made. The coating matrix used was 906 acrylic resin and 108 acrylic resin at concentrations ranging from 10% to 50% by weight in mixtures with n butyl acetate. The experiments were conducted for temperatures from 35?℃ to 65?℃ and for pressures from 3 0?MPa to 8 0?MPa in a high pressure reactor. The effect of temperature, pressure and contents of every component on the systems phase behavior was observed. Finally a ternary phase diagram for resin solvent CO 2 was made.
