摘要
代谢综合征是一组复杂的代谢紊乱症候群。近年研究表明内脏脂肪面积与代谢综合征中多个危险因素密切相关,在诊断和预测代谢综合征上发挥重要作用,可有效弥补常规指标诊断内脏型肥胖上的不足,具有研究和应用价值。近年来国内外研究在关联分析、风险切点和诊断手段上均取得一定成效。生物电阻抗法已发展成为检测内脏脂肪面积的重要诊断手段,并在确定代谢综合征风险切点上有重要的应用价值。
Metabolic syndrome is a complex set of metabolic disorders. The recent studies found that vis- ceral fat area is highly related to multiple risk factors of metabolic syndrome. VFA plays an important role in the diagnosis and prevention of metabolic syndrome, which can effectively make up for the deficiency of tradi- tional anthropometric indicators in evaluating visceral obesity and exhibits available research and clinical application value. Research has achieved some success in associative analysis, cut-off point and diagnosis in recent years. Bioelectrical impedance analysis has become an important means in the diagnosis of the detec- tion of visceral fat area, and has important application value in determining the risk cut-off point of metabolic syndrome.
