摘要
文章提出一种基于多普勒雷达与全景视频联动预警机制,有效的降低了隧道内交通事件误报率,同时比全图像检测方式更有成本和交通量采集上的优势。最后提出了隧道联动预警系统相关建议。
With the popularity of tunnel video detection technology at home and aboard in recent years,but because it is too dependent on video image quality,resulting in high false alarm rate of tunnel traffic incident. In this paper,we proposed a new mechanism based on Doppler radar and panoramic video linkage,which could reduce the false alarm rate of the traffic incident in the tunnel effectively. At the meantime,it takes the advantages on cost and traffic volume collection. Finally,the relevant suggestions of tunnel-linkage warning system are given.
