摘要
成人教育学生学习期间普遍存在着工学矛盾,这在很大程度上导致成人学生到课率低的问题。通过分析成人教育不同教学模式的特点,本研究认为,除了继续采用面授教学方式以外,还应当结合课程的特点搭建移动教学平台,藉此不仅能够缓解工学矛盾,还能为学生、教师和教学管理人员提供灵活的教学和管理服务。
The contradiction between adult students＂ studying and working always exists, thus their class attendance rate is low. With analyzing the characteristics of different teaching modes of adult students, this paper proposed a new way to solve the problem in adult education. Apart from classroom teaching, mobile teaching platform should be set up according to course characteristics so as to resolve the conflict between learning and working in adult education and provide a more flexi- ble way of teaching and management to students, teachers and administrative staff.
