摘要 利用直线与圆弧相切形成光滑曲线的几何特性,通过优化梳齿刀基准齿形齿顶的齿廓修形曲线为圆弧,切齿时包络出内摆线对齿轮渐开线齿廓的齿根附近进行修削。采用梳齿刀修根其技术经济效益明显优于磨、滚、插齿,尤其适合加工主动轮齿数很少的大模数、大传动比,精度和硬度较高的宽齿面齿轮副,并从理论上解决了刀具在展成过程中共轭齿形不会出现反折尖点的技术难点。探讨了在正前角切削工况下,采用圆弧修形直齿梳齿刀的设计方法,为齿轮修根提供了一种较优的工艺方案。 Using the geometrical feature of forming smooth curve by tangency of straight line and curve as well as the reference curve tooth profile of optimized cutter, purposed trimming by hypocycloid on gear involute tooth profile at top land area is formed. When using this tooth cutter, slotting shows more economically efficience than grinding, bobbing and shaping, especially at cutting gear pairs with wide surface of high precise, bigger modulus and hard surface of small number of teeth of main driving gears, thus solving the difficulties that reversal bending point of conjugate tooth profile will not form during developing cut- ters. This paper discusses the design methods of straight tooth cutter of curve profile under condition of cutting at positive rake angle, thus providing an optimized way for gear root relief.
