摘要
弹药维修是我军装备保障活动的重要组成部分,现阶段我军弹药维修机构维修能力参差不齐,缺乏科学的评估方法.首先,在充分分析我军弹药维修机构特点的基础上,运用层次分析法建立影响其维修能力的评价指标体系,并确定各指标的权重;其次,构建基于多级模糊综合评判的评估模型;最后通过实例求解,验证了模型的可用性和合理性,为我军弹药维修机构能力评估提供了一套可行的方法.
Ammunition maintenance is an important part of military equipment support activities. However,the maintenance capability of ammunition maintenance institutions is uneven at this stage,and scientific methods for evaluating them are lacking.Firstly, an index system of maintenance capability is built and the weight of each index is determined using analytic hierarchy process on the basis of sufficient analysis on the characteristics of ammunition maintenance institutions.Secondly, an evaluation model is established based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the result shows that the model is applicable and rational, and is proven by solving examples and it can provide a feasible method for evaluating military ammunition maintenance institutions.
