摘要
首先建立考虑输电裕度的输电网安全等级划分标准,在网损的约束下,建立以购电费用和系统均衡度为目标的综合协调优化模型;其次考虑节点负荷功率变化具有正态分布特点的条件下,采用改进多目标细菌群体趋药性(MOBCC)优化算法优化求得Pareto最优解,形成最优经济运行无差异曲线簇;接着根据电网所处的安全等级对安全性和经济性的要求,采用较远点对定义初始包围圆的增量算法(FIIA)获得最优安全经济域,并通过定义经济安全评估指标反映经济性和安全性在整个区间的位置;最后进行仿真分析,结果表明所提方法可以较好地兼顾电网的安全性和经济性,在保证系统安全性的前提下,提高系统的经济性,对电网的安全经济运行具有实际指导意义。
Firstly, this paper establishes the grid's security hierarchy standard considering transmission margin. With the constraint of network loss, a multi-objective model is built which consists of the power generation cost and the balance degree of the power grid. Secondly, nodal net injection uncertainty is simulated by random numbers obeying normal distribution. Then the improved multi-objective bacterial colony chemotaxis (MOBCC) optimization algorithm is used to obtain the Pareto optimal solutions. The optimal solutions form the optimal economic operation curves with zero difference curres. Then according to the sate level demand for security and economy of power grid, the farther point pair to define the initiate enclosing disk of incremental algorithm (FIIA) is adopcled to obtain the optimal security economic region. The evaluation indexes of security and economy are defined to refect the security and economy positions in the whole intervals. Finally the results show that both security and economy can be obtained by the proposed method. The improvement of economy under the premise of network security is of practical significance to realize the safe and economic operation of power grid.
