摘要
通过对新疆建筑行业人才队伍培养现状和国家职业标准与地区建筑产业高技能人才培养不相适应的分析,提出了以提升职业标准和人才培训可持续性作为重点解决问题的观点,分析了"职业培训包"的功能和特色,并结合培训包先行先试的经验,搭建了新疆建筑行业"职业培训包"基本框架体系。
