摘要
对F-500型泥浆泵壳体模型进行模态分析,得出泥浆泵壳体模型的固有频率,在使用过程中应尽量确保外部激励频率避开壳体模型固有频率,避免发生共振,造成壳体结构破坏。对泥浆泵壳体的组成进行分析,利用Pro/E软件建立泥浆泵壳体三维实体模型,将模型导入Ansys Workbench进行模态分析。通过模态分析,得到三维实体模型的固有频率。模态分析结果为研究泥浆泵壳体的振动特性提供依据,对泥浆泵壳体的设计和改进具有一定的参考价值。
The modal analysis is performed on the F-500 slurry pump case to get the inherent frequency of the slurry pump case. During operation, the outer excitation frequency 'shall be different from the inherent frequency of the case model, to avoid co-vibration which damages the shell structure. Composition analysis is performed on the pump case. The 3D solid model is developed for the pump case in Pro/E software, which is led to Ansys Workbench for the modal analysis. Analysis can give the inherent frequency of the 3D model. And the results can provide reference for studying the vibrating characteristics of slurry pump cases and can help design and improve slurry pump cases.
