摘要
本文深入分析了油浸式电力变压器损坏原因,阐述了压力释放阀对保护变压器的重要作用,介绍了Messko公司的压力释放阀设计原理,并根据JB/T 7065—2004标准在压力释放阀自动测试设备平台对常用压力释放阀进行的有效性研究与对比,对电力变压器产品设计、选型、内部故障判别、定期试验等工作具有重要意义。
This paper deeply analyzes the damage reason of oil-immersed power transformer, describes the importance of pressure release valve to protect the transformer, introduces the pressure release valve design principle and the products of Messko company,and study on the efficiency and comparative analysis of pressure release valves according to JB/T 7065—2004 standards based on an automatic test equipment platform which designed by Messko company.The conclusion has important significance for power transformer design,selection,internal fault discrimination and regular test.
